Clean Bathroom

General domestic cleaning

Providing regular weekly, bi weekly or monthly cleaning including:

Hoovering, polishing, ironing, making the beds, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms and a general tidy.

*Rates start from £16ph+vat 

*Please note there is a minimum of 3 hours per clean for general cleans.

We offer tailored services to cater to the needs of your organisation. 

*Rates start from £18ph+vat 

  • 2 hour minimum on daily cleans

Terms and conditions

The boring yet important stuff...

General

  • We are proud of our staff and their hard work and have a zero tolerance policy of any abuse towards any member of our team. In the unlikely case you have a complaint, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist.

  • Domestic cleans will be serviced by the same staff member unless unforeseen circumstances arise. In this case we will contact you to arrange another suitable time or if possible/preferred send out another cleaner on that occasion.  

Offers

  • Refer a friend and get 10% off your next clean. This offer is only applicable once a referral has booked and paid for one of our services. The referral must provide the full name of the referring client. The discount will then be applied to the clients next booking. 

Bookings

  • All services provided require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel and/or reschedule, or we reserve the right to charge the full cleaning fee. Notice can be given via phone call, text, Whatsapp or email. (If notice is given outside of business hours this will still be accepted if it falls within the 48 hour window).

  • Please note that our spring clean services including: one off domestic spring cleans, pre/end of tenancy and after builders cleans require a 50% deposit to be made no less than 48 hours in advance to secure your booking. This is then deducted from the total quoted fee, with the final amount due on the day of the clean. If a deposit has not been made within this time then we reserve the right to cancel your booking. For bookings made within 48 hours, payments must be made on the day of the clean, before cleaning commences. All bookings will be confirmed in writing.

  • Parking charges for all spring cleans apply and will be quoted accordingly, unless a visitor’s permit /drive or free street parking is available.

  • All bookings must be made with a member of management. If you require a cleaner for additional services then please contact us directly and we will be happy to arrange this. Please note our cleaners will not agree to bookings that have not been approved by a member of management

  • We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.

Quotes:

  • Spring cleans- We try our best to view properties in advance, in order to provide an accurate quote, however if this is not possible we require photos/videos to be sent. Our quotes are based on our professional experience of how long a job is likely to take and/or an agreement made in advance with a client. If a quote has been underestimated due to conditions that were not made aware to us in advance then we will contact you to discuss amending this.

  • We are only able to offer services that are covered by our insurance policies and are safe for our staff to carry out. Any services that pose a safety risk to any member or staff or clients will not be carried out.

Complaints:

  • In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with our service, we must be informed within 48 hours of works being completed, along with photographic evidence or no refunds/ re-servicing will be issued. We will firstly try to send a member of staff out to fix the issue before offering a refund. Refunded amounts will be arranged on an individual basis.
